Rohit Shetty reveals if celebrities come on Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 to get a role in his films

India’s favourite reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 is all set to begin from July 2. This year, Rubina Dilaik, Jannat Zubair, Pratik Sehajpal, Aneri Vajani, Nishant Bhat, Rajiv Adatia, Shivangi Joshi, Sriti Jha, Chetna Pande, Kanika Mann, Mohit Malik, Tushar Kalia and social media influencers, Faisal Shaikh aka Mr Faisu and Erika Packard are the participants.

They are all shooting with Rohit Shetty in Cape Town. The show has a massive fan following and every year people wait to know which celebrities will be seen performing the stunts with Rohit Shetty. However, many wonder if these celebrities actually do the stunt or not.

People feel that it is all scripted. But now, Rohit Shetty himself has revealed the truth. In an interview with Indian Express, he was asked if the stunts done by celebrities on Khatron Ke Khiladiare real or not. He said, “Usually we shoot the whole show and send out the package to the channel. This is the first time that we will go live on TV while we are still filming. I have often been asked if the stunts are actually real. Many ask me ‘CGI kiya hai kya?’. I then have to explain that ‘yes, every stunt is performed by these contestants themselves’.”

Apart from this, many also say that these celebrities come on the show to impress Rohit and get a role in his films. Rohit has said that this is not true. He gave a few examples to explain the same.

“When I came on board, I had already worked with Mugdha Godse in All the Best, Dayanand Shetty had already signed Singham and Nikiteen Dheer did work with me later in Chennai Express. But no they don’t come on the show to audition for me, “he revealed.
