Celebrities Send Heartfelt Messages To Tom Mann After Fiancee’s Death

Lewis Capaldi and Ellie Goulding are among the celebrities sending heartfelt messages to X-Factor star Tom Mann following the death of his fiancée on what was supposed to be the couple’s wedding.

Ann rose to prominence as part of the Anglo-Irish boy band Stereo Kicks in 2014 in The X Factor song contest series.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Mann said he was “totally broken” after his fiancée Danielle Hampson died on the morning of the couple’s wedding.

Alongside a photo of her and the couple’s young son, Bowie Mann wrote: “I can’t believe I’m writing these words but my dear Dani – my best friend, my everything and more, the love of my life – passed away in the early hours of Saturday 18 June.

“What should have been the happiest day of our lives ended in irreversible grief. I feel like I’ve cried the ocean.

“We never made it to the altar; or say our vows or dance our first dance, but I know you know that you were my whole world and the best thing that ever happened to me, Danielle.

“I will wear this ring that I should have always worn as a token of my unconditional love for you.

“I’m completely broken trying to figure this out and I honestly don’t know what to do next, but I know that I need to use all the strength I can muster for our little boy.

“I won’t be a mark on the parenting you’ve already become, but I promise I’ll do my best to raise Bowie the way we always wanted. I promise he’ll find out how great his mom was. I promise you will be so proud.

“The most beautiful person inside and out. The most incredible soul. We’ve lost such a special person and I’m sure we’ll soon see a bountiful outpouring of love reflecting this.

“I will try to find peace in your messages and comments, but right now I am grieving and will be for a very, very long time.

“My dear Dani, the brightest light in any room, my world without you is nothing but darkness. I will miss you forever.”

Among the thousands of messages left on the post were comments from Scottish singer Capaldi, 25, who wrote, “Love you brother,” followed by a red heart emoji.
